Currently working as Saudi Aramco Work Permit Receiver (WPR) on the Saudi Aramco URMPP South Jafurah WRM (Well Restoration Maintenance) & ERM (Remote Manifold) Project with Specialized Industrial Services Co. (SISCO), supporting mechanical maintenance, construction and commissioning activities in compliance with Saudi Aramco Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and HSE standards. Coordinated Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space Entry (CSE), Equipment Opening & Line Break (EOLB), Tie-in and Line Opening permits for routine, preventive, corrective and shutdown activities. Performed field verification before permit activation by confirming equipment isolation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), gas testing, barricading, PPE, fire protection, SCBA, standby man, rescue arrangements, emergency preparedness and worksite readiness. Verified atmospheric gas testing using Industrial Scientific MX4 Multi-Gas Detector for Oxygen (O₂), Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S), Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Lower Explosive Limit (LEL), and verified H₂S monitoring using Industrial Scientific T40 Rattler. Reviewed and verified JSA, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Isolation Certificates, SIMOPS requirements and supporting documents before permit authorization. Verified safe execution of EOLB, Tie-in and Line Opening activities by ensuring flanges were gradually loosened from the 5 o'clock position to safely release trapped pressure. Coordinated daily with Saudi Aramco Operations, Mechanical, Construction, HSE, Inspection and Contractor teams to plan and execute work safely. Monitored work to ensure compliance with permit conditions, approved JSA, Saudi Aramco HSE standards and safe work practices, stopping unsafe work when required and ensuring corrective actions before resumption. Participated in Toolbox Talks (TBT), coordination meetings, site safety inspections, incident reporting and maintained accurate permit records while promoting Operational Excellence and a strong safety culture.

Performed dismantling, inspection, cleaning, repair, overhaul, lapping, assembly, maintenance and testing of Pressure Safety Valves (PSV), Pressure Relief Valves (PRV), Safety Relief Valves (SRV), Vacuum Relief Valves (VRV), Breather Valves and Pilot Operated Relief Valves (PORV) of various manufacturers at Saudi Aramco Riyadh Refinery (PZV Shop). Received valves from plant units, verified valve tag numbers and work orders, and safely initiated dismantling by gradually loosening flange connections from the 5 o'clock position to release trapped pressure before disassembly. Cleaned and inspected bonnet, nozzle, nozzle ring, guide ring, disc, spindle, spring, bellows, gaskets, O-rings, fasteners and other internal parts for wear, corrosion, erosion, cracks and damage. Repaired or replaced defective parts, seals, gaskets and O-rings as required. Prepared seating surfaces using emery paper where required and performed manual and machine lapping with suitable compounds to restore proper sealing. Performed final cleaning before assembly. Reassembled valves as per manufacturer procedures using cross-tightening and specified torque values where required. Performed set pressure adjustment, bench testing, pop testing, seat leakage (bubble) testing, pneumatic testing, hydrostatic testing and pilot valve leak testing. Verified pressure settings using calibrated gauges in PSI, bar, kPa and kg/cm². Used overhead cranes for safe handling and transportation of heavy valves and nozzle removal equipment. Maintained valves in the recommended vertical position during handling, storage and testing, and re-tested valves whenever required after handling or maintenance. Performed preventive, corrective and shutdown maintenance while maintaining workshop housekeeping, safe lifting practices, proper PPE and full compliance with Saudi Aramco refinery maintenance and HSE requirements.Applied Wire lead seal and install new test tag after successful final calibration to secure valve settings
