Prepare business plans and forecasting budgets, as required. Ensure all budgets and costs for contracts accurately reflect contractual obligations.
Identify, develop, implement and review FM based solutions.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, contingency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs and all technical documentation.
Develop and maintain strong and supportive relationships with clients, service providers and third-parties. Ensure that corporate policies and procedures are strictly adhered to, in order to maintain the integrity of the operational activities.
Continuously monitor the performance and delivery of our contractors seeking best value for money for outsourced activities.
Technical responsibility for the operational direction of outsourced resources, including quality performance, employed in the design, installation and operation of building, engineering and FM services.
¬ Handling maintenance contract for all DIB premises.
¬ Monitoring day to day activities related to maintenance work to make sure safe and comfortable environment and work place to DIB employee / costumers
¬ Responsible for MEP / Facility management, space management work for DIB Branch, premises.
¬ Keep on track with contractors to provide preventive maintenance on time to avoid any break down which is effected our routine task and to avoid major cost impact.
¬ Cost control on maintenance work, Negotiating with contractors on quotation for general maintenance work.
¬ Allocating and managing space within buildings,
¬ Coordination with consultant, main Contractor, site staff to complete the assign task on time,
¬ Carrying out regular site audits and inspections to identify areas that need repairing,
¬ Conducting regular facility audits for safety and compliance,
¬ Organizing the security and general administrative services of the building,
¬ Negotiating lease renewals, Managing service contracts,
¬ Advising people on energy efficiency issues,
¬ Proactively managing contractors across multiple sites.
¬ Controlling all maintenance and facilities spend in line with budgeted levels.
¬ Developing maintenance plans.
¬ Reporting to senior managers on budgets and resources.
¬ Ensuring that the building meets the strictest health and safety requirements.
¬ Managing the work of contractors and checking that it is done to the highest standards
¬ Ensure appropriate reporting of site status to the top management.
¬ Coordination with consultant, client, Main Contractor & sub-contractors,
¬ Design & estimation of HVAC projects.
¬ Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement, strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per target program & in budget cost,
¬ Responsible for smooth running of projects, track & control on material labor output, utilization of site resources effectively, ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards,
¬ Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff, report the progress of work to the PM.
¬ Preparing of as built documents for smooth handover of project. Ensure correct reporting of project status to the top management.
¬ Preparations of quotations, variations, substantiation and running bills of concerned projects.
¬ Dry & Wet firefighting systems, HVAC system, Installation of MCC panel and Addressable/Conventional Fire alarm system works.
¬ Preparing shop drawings, preparing material approval request submittals & obtaining approvals at same time before starting of project.

¬ ADCO (Abu Dhabi Company for onshore oil operation) - Upgradation of Remote degassing stations (RDS) at Bahasa AUH.
¬ ZADCO (Zakum Development company) - Upgradation of HVAC system at upper Zakum platform.
¬ GASCO (Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd.) - Upgradation of Water-tank pump and related electrical panel at DAS Island.
¬ DUBAL (Dubai Aluminum) -- Upgradation & Installation of CCU unit and electrical panel for server room, work permit holder of DUBAL.
Ensuring the works is performed in accordance with the specifications/procedures. Responsible for the successful execution of the contractual and statutory requirements. Liaise with planning manager and scheduler for look ahead and target programs. Coordinating and controlling the activities of work crews and subcontractors. Utilize, monitor & maintain project schedules, drawings, specifications, daily tasks. Checking the progress of the work at sites as per program.
