Worked with KONE IT team in completing their network and email migration as follows:
- Backing up data and emails for 200 computers, formatting, loading them with company new windows image, joining konenet domain and then restoring the data.
- Migrating emails from kone-areeco.com to kone.com for all users (configuring outlook with exchange accounts, and moving user’s old PST files to the new account.
- Technical support for 200 local and remote users through phone, windows remote desktop and team viewer (troubleshooting, software installation, printers…etc.)
- Changed the IP addresses for 8 network printers from the legacy IP range to the new range.
- Changing share folders permissions for all users and groups after changing domain from kal to konenet.
