- Review or check the precast drawing and verify the item number before initial
change incorporation or final release.
- Produce detailed drawings for mould fabricators and erectors and prepare detailed plans, drawings and other documents for the manufacture and erection of precast concrete (columns, beams, braces, wall panels, stairs etc.)
- Provides technical support for the production and erection of precast concrete building sytems.
- Design, draft and detail building structures and structural components for precast concrete systems production and construction, through Autocad assisted sofware.
- Prepare plan layouts and details, and coordinate with structural engineers and consultants on structural integrity of the precast systems.
- Review the drawings coming from the client and provide required plans and detailed shop drawing s for approval once the contract is negotiated and signed.
- Communicate with the client’s representative and/or to its designer/consultant for any shop drawing clarifications and revise the drawing with respect with to general and special terms and conditions of the contract.
- Delegate work with my subordinates and prepare internal target schedule to ensure delivery of work on time.
- Responsible for the issuance of approved drawings and secure original copy with receipt signature from the concerned sections.
- Provide full details but not limited to summary of panel sizes and its respective quantities.
- Coordinate any revision with the cost engineer in order to assure that the changes to be made are included in the agreed contract price.
- Assist sales personnel in providing sample shop drawings for proposed projects as required by the client.
- Directly working under the instruction of the General Manager and provide reports regarding the status of design/shop drawing preparation in a weekly manner.
- Coordinates with the assigned Engineers regarding the projects.
Prepare Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing plans which is required in the pre-cast drawings
- Responsible for the design of the projects by converting into pre-cast plans includes Villas, Commercial Bldgs. Boundaries.
- Make shop drawings such as panel walls, beams, columns, footings boundary panels and other precast elements
- Detailing of precast connections referring to erection of elements.
- In charge in the design of plans such as architectural, electrical and sanitary for residential, commercial, industrial and other bldgs.
- Make sketches plans according to the client’s needs and transfer to the computer for finalization using AutoCAD.
- In charge the distribution of plans and designate the people for their job assignment.
