Job Responsibilities:

 Manages the project control resources required to deliver a multiple million Saudi Riyals functional engineering project.
 Support the project manager with progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement.
 Management of the project cost control team including Scheduling Engineers, Planners and QS.
 Provide Project Controls management, including baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, risk management, earned value management guidance and tools.
 Advice and consult on the application of effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis).
 Support program integration, governance, formats, plan optimization, and project controls best practices.
 Support and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects.
 Support the development of integrated master schedules for specific programs in Primavera that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from schedules and feed changes to the integrated master schedule.
 Monitor and control program compliance in respect of the projects contractual obligations.
 Ensuring the Project controls team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
 Ensure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.
 Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work across integrated programs managed across multiple suppliers.
 Support and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects
 Support the development of requirements for specific resource-loaded schedules.
 Work closely with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager and Project QS to maximize the potential of the project.
 Coordinate with Saudi Aramco Planner from time to time for any tasks to be rectified on the Project Schedule.
 Handles and in charge for Progress Invoicing claims and other Invoice related to the Project for Aramco Haradh Site Development Project.

Quality Control:
Responsible for the Implementation of quality of work and development of Proposed Programs, Methods of Construction and Testing to achieve the specified quality to the approval of client. (Royal Commission).
Checking Suppliers Test Certificates and Certificates of Compliance to conform to the specification and reference standards.
Checking Suppliers delivery tickets of each delivery for completeness and compliance with supply order and specification.
Checking labels and the condition of the material of each delivery, particular to ensure: Delivered materials are undamaged, Jointing components and containers of lubricant are undamaged, not deteriorated and labeled service life is still valid and checking if equipment and tools are in a serviceable condition at least every week.
Checking the correct storage of Conduits, Accessories and Components at least every week.
Imparted technical guidance to internal engineering staff and headed project teams in the establishment of critical engineering solutions.
Coordination with Design, QA/QC teams and getting approved Vendor’s Drawings, documents & samples from the concerned departments and sending to the vendors.

Quality Assurance:
Ensures that Sampling, Testing and Checking procedures are recorded on a daily basis including corrective actions.
Ensures that Reports and Records are available for assessment of the client (Royal Commission) not later than Three (3) days after testing and checking.
Ensures that Reports and Records are established and maintained in a manner to ensure traceability.
Arrangement of work schedule and time allowed for checking and testing as indicated.

Preparation of Hold Point Release (HPR) for all delivered Telecom materials on site.
