-Design effective analytics solutions and develop modelling that will support the management and execution of key OPT processes and initiatives. 
-Develop tools, templates and content to efficiently and compliantly facilitate the management and administration of key OPT processes and initiatives.
-Proactively build and/or improve infrastructures required to collect and analyse data, and support the roll-out of these products to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition. 
-Support the annual benchmarking exercises and apply knowledge of industry trends to interpret data, supporting to develop new practices and to enhance existing OPT methodologies. 

-Support the Organizational Design initiatives including structural analysis and job evaluation. 
-Responsible for reviewing salary increases, promotions and internal recruitment proposals from the businesses from all regions in accordance to organization’s policies and procedures 
-Facilitate in acquiring necessary approvals and to the implementation of salary changes in SAP 
-Work closely with the HRIS team for report generation and execution of other system related projects and changes 
-Review and assist in the implementation of Exceptional Effort Awards cases from all businesses across regions 
-Conduct job evaluation analysis using HAY methodology and identify appropriate job band level/pay grade for new roles and/or positions that have significant changes to the role due to job enrichment/enlargement 
-Facilitate Total Rewards trainings to all HR Business Partners in all divisions 
-Perform regular audit of all Total Rewards related processes to ensure compliance and in accordance to policies and procedures 
-Maintain and review salary structures for all countries and ensure that it is strictly being observed and implemented across divisions - no outliers in terms of base salary, accommodation, transportation/car, and other allowances

 Responsible for assisting in the administration of the Firm’s global compensation and benefits programs including base salary program, annual review, annual and prorated bonus calculations in accordance with Firm guidelines and policies.
 Ensure ongoing communication with HR Directors and Global Benefits & Compensation Director regarding the Firm’s total reward concepts and practices.
 Lead special projects as required, ensuring that benefit information is correct prior to distribution. Special projects may entail updating information, running and analyzing reports, troubleshooting, etc.  Responsible for completing, coordinating, and distributing compensation and benefits data surveys globally and by region.
 Act as liaison between the HRSS and NY Comp & Ben teams for instruction and collaboration on various initiatives and in the transfer of tasks.
 Ensure Audits are performed on a regular basis on all enrollments / beneficiaries / terminations in the HR System and payroll for IHIP contributions. Ensure proper support documentation is prepared and handled as part of the audit control process.
 Maintain records and confidentiality procedures in accordance with HIPAA and as dictated by legislated requirements in each applicable jurisdiction.
 Work with Benefits Accounting personnel on budget analysis and reconciliation reviews.
 Work directly with Internal Clients and colleagues in Centres of Expertise to define, assess, and coordinate incoming work requests to determine scope, work effort, service levels, and resource capacity for the team. Identify and propose new services to support the People function.
 Lead, manage, and carry out with the team the work transition process. This includes developing effective operational procedures and drafting procedure manuals and flows, and training materials, as well as giving training.
 Effectively lead and manage the team, providing direction and guidance as necessary, for process improvement, policy interpretation, projects, reports, compliance with all laws, as well as execution of Firm initiatives and daily operations.
 Implement and manage client service SLA's specific to the function, ensuring that service levels and KPI’s are consistently met and that use of resources is optimized. Implement and manage changes which result in improvements.

 Review and reconcile invoice data from employees’ coverage information in PeopleSoft
 Prepare and submit payment request in 3E Financial system
 Ensures the accuracy of information reported in 3E which includes the GL coding, expense allocation per location, department and subsection
