• To achieve day to day Production Target and Maintain follow up of shift Maintenance
• Follow all safety and EHS system as per Gujarat factory acts and OSHA standards.
• Give Planning of next day activity and prepare schedules.
• Operate DCS Panel.
• Make process and operation work Easy to handle and with safe executions.
• Give introduction and learning to new joiners and give them field training about critical process and equipments like Reciprocating Compressor and multistage pumps.
• Take daily field round and follow up all field observation from maintenance and operation team.
• Handle steady team also project of 100Kbpsd.
Execute Safe Shutdown and Startup
Remote Monitoring and Control of the Fuel Cell Plants
• Work in 8-hour shifts - either during the day or night
• Communicate & Support Field Service Engineers during commissioning,
troubleshooting etc and Product Quality testing (FIT) team
• Escalate failures per established procedure & Perform other duties as assigned
Completed my Master's Degree through out first class and Got 2nd Rank in National Seminar of Applied Science with project of Manufacturing Of Explosives
