Take care of the company’s store room.
Co-ordinates externally with the suppliers and internally with the purchasing department.
Receive and verify incoming goods for appropriate quantity and quality.
Receive issue and transfer materials as per company procedures using appropriate systems.
Prepares purchase requests for orders of stocked items.
Maintain safety stock to reduce material shortage.
Make sure that all items in the store are well organized and tagged.
Make sure that the materials are kept in appropriate storage condition.
Ensure that the physical material count and availability equals the system’s balance.
Arrange delivery for the job order.
Prepare for monthly inventory and audit of stocks.
Perform other related duties assigned by the superior.
Strictly fallow the FIFO rules.
Prepare daily, weekly& monthly food consumption report.
Proper daily food cost of junior 800 person client &labor 8000 person client.
