• Coordinating with Contract Department to initiate/ finalize correspondence letter to be submitted to the consultants/clients.
• Compose, transcribe and verify all communications and /or technical and administrative documentation of the department.
• Preparing minutes of meeting, meeting schedule/calendar and internal memo.
• Assist in the preparation of documents for meeting with clients.
• Provide administrative/clerical support to other areas of the company, as required.
• Response to public inquiries.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
• Any other administrative duties required.

• Tracking and listing of urgent material and follow up to the Purchasing Department.
• Purchasing and inventory of site materials
• Ordering and follow up some delayed materials
• Preparing monthly inventory list to be send to contractor’s office
• Preparing manpower daily report (MDR)
• Filing and typing correspondence through Ms Word and Microsoft Excel
• Preparing daily site report and progress
