 All type of service related to Petrol and diesel engines.
 Engine, Gearbox and Differential Over hauls, All types of suspensions O/H
 Taking all necessary action to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time and carry out road test checking the customer complaints solved.
 After Quality control test conducted we record any abnormal found in the service vehicle, we register in record book and taken the class for the technician how to reduce the problem in future not occur.
 Give suggestions for the work shop technicians.
 Carry out the service delivery to the customer with a high emphasis on clear job explanation and associated changes.
 Allocated job card follow the delivery time, Check list follow in technician
 Any Additional inform SA and reverse delivery
 Any diagnosis job refer service manual teach tech
 Any service bulletin coming explain my team
 Update system or inform SA, Achieve team Target must
