Talent Acquisition Partner for Schindler UAE reporting directly to UAE HR Director.
•I was responsible for hiring for new installations (NI Division) and existing installations (EI Division) and for the rest of the support functions too.
•I was also responsible for complete recruitment activity including sourcing via job boards and social media, conducting phone/skype/F2F interviews, shortlisting, pre-screening and providing interview notes & providing status updates to hiring managers.
•Processing offer letters, negotiating and initiating onboarding for new hires was also part of my responsibility.
•Successfully implemented the 2018 Internship program with RIT & BITS-Pilani students (8 in total)
•Achieved 100% of the target hiring for a local project by hiring elevator fitters from Kochi, in December 2017 and ensured all technicians were on-board within 3 months.
•Remotely managed 2nd recruitment drive to Chennai to hire 100 NI Fitters for upcoming projects in 2018.
• Recruiting within Property development and FM discipline across UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activity from meeting new clients to directly sourcing, screening and interviewing relevant candidates

• Dec 2015, I got promoted to develop business across Saudi Arabia within property & FM sector. Responsible for 360 recruitment via market mapping, negotiating terms of business and getting new clients on-board.

Structured policies and procedures manual along with Process request Forms for the firm.
Prepared & revised job descriptions across all levels, ‘shadowed ‘and interviewed employees to create an accurate picture of duties and skills required for each position.
