Steered initiatives towards achievement of organisational goals with focus on management of multiple projects, Architectural solutions leveraging Microsoft infrastructure services and Implementation of new technology for operations.
Worked in major projects with government and private sector organizations such as Defense, Oil Sector, Banking, Telecommunication and Education sector in the state of Kuwait and Middle East. Currently leading a team of 9 infrastructure consultants who are reporting directly on daily basis.

IT Consulting
 Solutions architecting, process reengineering and development
 Conceptualize and execute strategic IT plans for achievement of organizational targets.
 Interface with internal departments for assessing requirements for future / existing resources; present need based product solutions and finalize specifications for the same.

Infrastructure Solution
 Infrastructure consolidation to reduce IT assets by using more efficient private cloud technologies and improving efficiency of infrastructure services through dynamic datacenter.
 Assessment and gap analysis of existing infrastructure against state of the art technology solutions.
 Capacity planning based on the system resource utilization to enhance the ROI, Proactive monitoring infrastructure resources to meet expected service level.
 Smooth migration through proper planning and process-based approach for standardizing environment.
 Strategies for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management, planning and designing servers for backup and recovery of critical data / services.
 Design Backup Strategy & ensuring data consistency

IT Security Management
 Reviewing the security measures and safeguarding the information resources of the enterprise to maintain integrity, confidentiality and availability of data / application.
 Leading information systems audits with prime focus on information security, disaster recovery, application controls & systems development initiatives.
 Ensuring proper security of infrastructure components based on the vendor recommended best practices and security guidelines.
 Performing IT Risk and Security Assessments, implementing and ensuring adherence to IT Security Policies.
 Analyzing the defects and implementing defect prevention activities, initiating user awareness sessions.

Project Management
 Project planning, scoping, activity sequencing / estimating, tracking and development of contingency plans to control cost and time over-runs.
 Develop and manage project team, participate in periodic project progress review meetings to ensure that specified time and cost parameters are being met.
 Resolve issues and solve problems throughout project lifecycle.
