Job responsibilities:
 Develop Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
 Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives in the territory through a team of Sales executives.
 Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.
 Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products across the region.
 To ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.

 Co-ordinate and follow up with the storehouse supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the region in order to meet the sales delivery schedules and provide the clients with superior levels of service.
 Co-ordinate with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region
 Proposing and suggesting promotions and offers in accordance with the competition and market trends.
 Maintaining a database of the special displays, promos etc. and also submitting relevant reports to the Sales Manager which gives an insight about the overall performance of the brands.
 Provide leadership so that staff are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organization.

Safeer Group, Buhaira Group, Traditional Trade

Key Accomplishments:

 Headed a team which opened about 600+ new accounts in Sharjah & Northern Emirates areas within a span of 9 months.
 Launched Milaneza Pasta range, Yeste Cappuccino range and Owl Oat Cereals in the territory.
 Achieved visibility milestones best in the industry for XL Energy Drink, Milaneza Pasta range, Yeste Cappuccino range & Owl Cereals.

Job responsibilities:
 Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives in the territory.
 Visit various retail outlets, verify stocks and book orders to ensure the availability of the same.
 To ensure proper visibility of the company’s merchandise.
 Supervising the displays done by the Merchandisers in order to ensure that it’s done correctly and also to verify shelf labels, promo banners etc. are proper.
 Following up with the Supervisors and/or Managers in the outlets with regard to the issue of LPOs, approvals etc.
 Selecting and negotiating for the apt space for the displays in the outlet.
 Preparing sales forecast reports.
 Proposing and suggesting promotions and offers in accordance with the competition and market trends.
 Performing post sales activities such as collections.
 Allocate duties and sales targets for promoters and schedule duties for merchandisers.
 Continuously monitor and coach the subordinates in order to make them perform better and increase the sales.
 Maintaining a database of the special displays, promos etc. and also submitting relevant reports to the Sales Supervisor which gives an insight about the overall performance of the brands.

 Increased the sales of ‘Cool and Cool’ by 40% (approx.) in the year 2015.
 Increased the sales of ‘Laser’ by 35% (approx.) in the year 2013.
 Launched Estiara and Armaf range of perfumes in the territory and achieved visibility milestones best in industry.

 Continuously monitor the stock levels and place purchase orders to the Principles.
 Forecast the stock movement and stock requirement for the skus pertaining to each brand.

 Following up with LCs and shipment dates for foreign purchases.

 Maintaining a database of rental displays in various outlets.
 Calculate the overall profitability.
 Conducting comparative market studies when new brands are launched.
