•Respond to requests for CAFM asset system assistance in person, via phone or electronic mail
•Monitor overall security of facility at all times.

•Monitor PPM workloads and issue to ensure that they are completed on a priority basis,
•Light maintenance responsibility when issues arise in facility
•Plumbing, Water, Power fluctuation problems maintenance responsibility when issues arise in facility
•To prepare the CAFM Work Request for the new requests for new equipment or removal of old equipment.
•CAFM & To create MOV & MVI
•Able to co-ordinate with Maintenance operatives and contractors, including working alongside other external CAFM support teams and The Hard Services and Maintenance Manager.
•Research all CAFM PPM requests using available information & resources
•Advise callers on appropriate actions being taken, Schedules and planned works.
•Follow standard CAFM procedures
•Administer CAFM software
•Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
•Prepare daily, weekly & monthly activity reports
•Keep up to date with system information, changes and updates
•All Supplier lists are kept up-to-date on the CAFM Systems.
•Manage the overall services provided within the facility
•Create a suitable environment for the purpose and needs of the facility, such as an office building, school, or hospital
•Keep the surrounding grounds properly cared for and landscaped
•Ensure the security of the building by researching and implementing various security measures, such as surveillance cameras or security staff members Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility.
•Handle all emergency situations while completing all required paperwork.
•Contact concern discipline supervisor when required.
•Assist customers with loading and unloading of any items/equipment needed
