Re establish and automated the airport operation and revenue management system after the Tsunami devastations (2004).
Reinstalled the LAN and Wan including Dell servers, PCs, with Cisco environment to the maximum satisfaction of the individual departments and the airport users.
Directed and supervised Change Management process of the organisation through the external Trainers from Transformation Thinking Pvt Ltd Thailand.
Coordinated Customer focus training for the company’s front office teams helping towards a remarkable increase in company profits

- Plan and developed the first ever online ICT system to support the National Employment Policy of Sri Lanka.
- Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
- Coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and coordinate the implementations.
- Supervised 140 staff delivering employment services throughout the country in accordance with countries national employment policy.
Achievements
- Plan and developed the first ever online ICT system to share the Business Information across the country through the partner Chambers.
- Established the First E Coastal Resources Referral Center for the benefit of coastal information seekers/ researchers.
- Coordinate and conducted the “Isuru ASiri” Largest trade fare and Business matchmaking exhibition and the investment forum of the southern province in year 2000, 2001 and 2002, lobbying the government of Sri Lanka to change the development direction to the present southern focus plan under the flagship of the Chamber.
- Supervised 12 staff delivering business information and consultancies to the SME’s towards the development of their business to be in far with the businesses in the urban areas of the country
Achievements
- Trained as a Special Forces office and a Air and Ground Commando awarded with gallantry awards for the exceptional work in the battlefield. Retrained as a technical specialist after the injuries received at field.
- Plan and developed the first ever online ICT system to share the field data of the war casualties
- Introduce the post casualty rehabilitation system for the Army rehabilitation Center connected with the Military Hospital and Government rehabilitation centers.
- Coordinate physiological guidance and counseling along with the community re integration training for the war casualties through varies corporate and government partners.
