• Knowledge of restaurant POS (Point of Sale) esp. SAPAAD software
• Operate cash registers and responsible for receiving payments and issuing receipts
• Handles Restaurant money such as cash float, drivers petty cash and cash reimbursement
• To keep the suppliers, grease trap, pest control invoices & etc.
• Invoices and cash sales must give to the office messenger on time
• Ensure that restaurant supplies (esp. dine-in area) are enough and ordered on time by sending email and use of SAP Software
• Recording information as needed
• Must have a food knowledge and assist waiters during rush hours
• Serve as the Office Assistant in the restaurant, in charge in taking order from supplier, and order follow-ups.
• Receive checks from the Accountant and release it to the supplier
• Handles the petty cash, monitor all invoices and forward it to Accounting
• Balance the cash register and report the sales at the end of the day
• Provide the Perfect service for every guest
• Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding the food and beverage
• Handling incoming calls regarding deliveries, queries, and reservation
• Serve the guest in accommodating manner
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
• Adhere to timing standards for products and services
• Take Orders from customer process in POS (Point of Sale) and serve
• Making sure customer satisfaction on food and services
• Take orders and process payments
• Receive payments by cash, credit cards, or voucher
• Making sure of the payments receive and change of customer
• Count money on cash drawer at the beginning of shifts to ensure amount are correct and that there is adequate change
• Assess customer inquiries and suggesting new product item
• Provide customer satisfaction
• Balance sales at the end of the day
