for a EPC project of Abu Dhabi Gas Industries worth 50 million AED in Ruwais. The project comprises EPC of a tank farm pavement with associated MEI works with around 20000 cu.m of concrete, 15000 ID of piping, 115 kms of E&I cabling, modification of existing DCS.
Role:
Conduct the weekly & monthly meetings with the end user/client. Allocate, oversee and expedite timely mobilization of manpower and equipment in co-ordination with HR and Equipment division. Monitor day to day scheduling & execution of activities. Review techno-commercial offers from Vendors & Subcontractors. Monitor & expedite the Procurement progress & ensure that the procurement team places the orders as per the schedule so as to facilitate timely construction activities. Expedite the construction works of the project & advance the construction fronts in co-ordination with Engineering team. Monitor the site for the optimized use of construction material and resources. Ensure that the resources are available at site well in advance. Also ensure that the demobilization of men & resources happen on time without hampering the smooth functioning of site. Execute the project within the stipulated budget & time.
Project included 27 buildings which is part of Discovery garden luxury Apartments. Work included overall construction of buildings including all Civil and MEP works
•Project Co-ordination & monitoring to ensure compliance to Budget and completion of milestone dates.

•Compliance to Project and Contract Safety and QA/QC requirements.

Provided management oversight of projects for private property construction projects including coordinating workers, materials and equipment; analyzed and administered all housing contracts and prepared time projection sheets and monitored scopes and specifications to communicate progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
