Currently working as Channel Sales Manager (EXECUTIVE), Vodafone Essar South Ltd since December 2009(2 yrs & 9 months)
Job Profile:
-Ensure achievement of sales targets for multiple Product categories.
-Develop & ensure implementation of the territory distribution plan
-Motivate and manage the outsourced team.
-Responsible for identifying and appointing channel partners & retailers
-Ensure availability of handsets and RCVs in all outlets across territory and adhere service levels
-Responsible for brand and product visibility in the outlets and in the market
-Maintain excellent rapport with all retailers and distributors in area
-Settlement of retailer and distributor claims on time
-Acquisition of New Device Subscriptions, NEW Prepaid Connection (GSM), MNP
-Supervision of dedicated Device Direct Sales Executives
-Manage the Promoter program. Ensure implementation of trade and consumer promotions
-Supervision of non exclusive Direct Sales Executives
-Business Analysis, Business Modeling and Data Modeling
-Planning, Organizing & Execution of Retail Promotion & dealers sales through primary &
secondary targets.
-Ensure quality of market coverage at minimal cost.
-Assist the distributors network to effectively manage their business operations to enhance
productivity of resources.
-Ensuring unhindered stock availability to dealers by apt stock control measures and by ensuring adequate
dealer funds to meet Working Capital requirements.
-Ensure optimization of Brand Input spends.
-Training of sales team for enhancing their execution efficiency to drive the business growth
-Currently Handing a Team of 29, where direct payroll employee under distributor is 19 and 10 outsourced
employee.
- Calculation ROI of distributors and updating the same to them on time to time basis
