KRA:
•Assist passengers who have been directly to Baggage Services on arrival.
•Completion of missing baggage reports and Local Customs procedures with baggage clearance.
•Callouts to passengers and follow up with delivery agents.
•Conduct primary baggage tracing in WT system and follow EK procedures liaising with Baggage hub at Dubai.
•Display leadership skills to reduce enhance customer service standards.

•Managing all issues relating to check-in.
•Ensure that customer service levels are upheld and assist the process of ensuring the safe and on time departure of EK flights.
•Be part of briefings with EK team to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are strictly adhered
•Keep self-updated with Airport Service Network Updates. Use briefings to raise awareness among team in an effort to minimize discrepancies and possible customer complaints and maximize customer satisfaction.
•Constantly refreshing self with passport and visa documentation checks.
•Adhere to operating boarding procedures by ensuring that boarding priorities, announcements, hand baggage removal, stationary and regular staff briefings are conducted before the flight.
•Ensure head count confirmation in order to assist in smooth and safe on time departure of EK flights keeping in mind customer satisfaction.
•Liaising with senior staff on shift, hub control, Cabin crew and Dispatchers for any operational issues during flight boarding
