Job Role:
Team management:
Drive and manage a team of 4; 1 Sales executive and 3 Multicolor technicians, Communicate job expectations and provide direction, support and motivation to team to meet agreed targets and KPI’s, active support to the department in MIS and
CRM.
Sales management:
Responsible for sales through the Key Accounts & new projects, evaluating performance & monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities, planning campaigns and organizing sales promotion activities, appointment of new Dealers for market penetration, monitoring payment collection from the dealers within the timelines, ensuring the Multicolor department is aligned with procedure and guidelines as per region, Inventory management of Multicolor elements and spare parts.
Influencer management:
Conducting Contractors & Painters meets to increase product awareness, analyse & report competition products & schemes.
Job Role:
Drive Sales through the Retail Dealer Accounts, Identifying existing potential dealers for implementation of marketing elements and thereby creating a new experience zones for customer interaction, evaluating performance & monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities, planning Schemes and execution of the same for target achievement through effective networking with retail partners, organizing sales promotion activities to promote the product at various critical sales points, the appointment of new Dealers for market penetration, monitor opportunities for new business generation, conducting Dealers meet and Contractor’s, Influencers meets to increase product awareness, analyse & report competitive products & schemes in terms of features and benefits as well as product pricing, handling customer complaints effectively and settling them to customer satisfaction, monitoring payment collection from the dealers within the timelines, conducting Jotun Way training sessions for sales staff to boost sales skills and to motivate them for pushing more premium segment products in the market.
