Product based trims ordering follow up and discuss future forecasts with both buyer and supplier.
•
Shipment follow up with orders trims handle shipping documents and plan production accordingly.
•
Junior staff bonus and KPI follow ups

Resource new suppliers and nominate to buyers. Cost effective product and trims introduced to both buyer and seller.

Conduct weekly PP meetings and discuss planned outcome.

Follow up on product testing with certified laboratory like (Bureau Veritas)

Facilitating product under buyer's requirement with internal teams to deliver the outcome on a T&A

Main products trims requirement, making forecast and sending to all suppliers for their future orders.

Factory meetings with GM / Managers to get an update about future products.
•
Forecast meetings /earning / reconciliations meetings and making reports and presentations.
Follow up on the factory production plan and material inhouse plan.
•
Update in the ERP system.
•
Sending's POs varied materials to relevant suppliers.
•
Make sample material before production.
•
Make material reports and get it approved from manager before sending POs.
•
Sending final products sample packages through DHL to different destinations USA / Singapore / Hong Kong.
•
Product follow up on delivery location wise, and check shipping method Air or Sea shipment.
Making POs based on product trims update and coordinate with both suppliers and buyers.
•
Making a product development and outcome plans.
•
Sample and production delivery dates amendments based on trims deliveries.
•
Coordinate with sample department before going ahead to the bulk production.
•
Coordinate with different factories and suppliers for their forecast and delivery dates.
•
Making T&A for all the work and follow up on T&A for result driven.
•
Teamwork with their in housed trims production factories based in India and Sri Lanka.
•
Conducting buyer / Plan / Production meeting in the buying office and make reports season wise.
•
Presentation and innovative meetings to be handles and send report to USA buyers and suppliers from Hong Kong.
•
Update data in the ERP system, approved junior staff's POs for verification and answerable to accounts and top management.

Fully understanding in how GRN and documentation works.
