INFORMATION ABOUT CURRENT COMPANY

Azadea Group is engaged in the retail business of Fashion, chain of Restaurants & Sports Goods all over Middle East and Europe. Holding numerous world famous brands in garments namely, Zara, Pull & Bear, Benetton, Mussimo Dutti, Oysho, Reset, Bershka, Promod, Salsa Jeans, Tezenis, Gymboree etc. and Paul & Columbus, two trusted brands in French Café and Kosebasi, a Turkish Restaurant.


CURRENT DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES________________________________

Accounts Administration & Preparation of Final Account

As head of Payable unit of 8 companies in the group, overall control of the Financing activities of the group with an uninterrupted cash flow to support Management’s expansion activities. This includes arrangement of funds in different banks and safe handling of over draft facilities in each account.

Liaising with Project Management Team, arrange, manage and distribute funds for different ongoing projects and prepare forecast for various projects in future. Managing un interrupted cash flow for the ongoing business as well.

Prepare Projected Cash flow statement for each company on fortnight basis. Prepare Financials of all companies (Income statement and Balance Sheet) before deadline set by the group and submit to the Financial Controller along with comments and variations with schedules of prepaid and accruals for all 8 companies in the group. Guide & Assist subordinates in some areas of their work. Overseeing the posting of accounts in the system and ensuring the balance. Generate weekly accounts payable Statement and submit to Treasury Department for foreign exchange deals. Monitor & control daily transaction and posting to the system on the same day.

Payments: Make sure that all suppliers and contracts are paid in time. Review all payments made by subordinates and post into system on a daily basis.

Preparation for Audit:
Liaising with the Administrators of local services to ensure that all necessary information is submitted for the annual audit and preparing the overall accounts for submission to the auditors with various schedules required.

Accountability to Bankers:
Ensuring that all Bankers receive copies of audited accounts and that accounts are produced in a format meeting the requirements of each banker.

Budget Preparation:
Liaising with Financial Controller along with various department head for preparation of annual budgets for the Board of Directors and keeping these up to date when circumstances change.


Payroll:
Liaising with Benefit Compensation Section in HR department for Salary Transfer of more than 2000 employees and generate fund in each entity to transfer the salary in time.

MIS Reports

Prepare consolidated report for the Management purpose on a monthly basis which includes rent analysis, income analysis, expenses analysis which helps management to take decision on weaker section of the group. Prepare margin reports by department wise with a comparison of previous year and details include the reason for variation
