• To ensure Quality of output through appropriate intervention, inspection and testing to pre-determined quality parameters in respect of: -Raw material
-Packaging materials
-In process Materials
-Finished Goods
-storage
• To design and install appropriate Quality Management systems encompassing receipt and storage of raw materials, in process materials, in process materials, material handling, storage and dispatch of finished goods.
• To initiate and document process activity and flow including certification for GMP and customer requirements.
• To ensure integrity of quality analysis through appropriate training, instrumentation and testing protocols.
• To carry out Quality audits of Finished Products on retail shelf and institute appropriate measures for product integrity throughout its shelf life.
• To investigate customer and customer complaints to improve production process, product quality and functionality.
• For periodically review the performance of analysts with the objective of improving performance and building greater result orientation.
• Ensure adherence to quality management system with no. of critical points in audits.
• Resposnbile for ensuring compliance of various quality measures, documentation and implementing quality standards, company standards and procedures (GMP+QMS), including safety.
• Emphasise on hygiene as per guideline of Municipality Food Control Department, and perform corrective action on their periodic visit.
• Prepare all required documentation for HACCP studies/ its implementation and management validation prior to manufacturing & launch such recipe specification of raw & packing material.
• Carrying out "Internal Audits" as a member of Audition Team for meeting the requirements of ISO and HACCP.

* Resposnbile for ensuring compliance of various quality measures, documentation and implementing quality standards, company standards and procedures (GMP+QMS), including safety.
* Checking & control of plant hygiene, personal hygiene and enviroment control of factory.
* Responsible for physical, chemical & microbiological analysis of Raw material, on process & finish goods.
* Responsible for checking of packing material also.
* Emphasise on hygiene as per guideline of Municipality Food Control Department, and perform corrective action on their periodic visits.
* Prepare all required documentation for HACCP studies/ its implementation and management validation prior to manufacturing & launch such recipe specification of raw & packing material.
* Supervise the production related tasks including planning, control & trouble shooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules, set production targets & achieve the same within time & cost parameter.
* Accountable for optimising man machine utilization to achieve pre set production target & prepare operational budgets and ensuring adherence to the same
* Effectively train, monitor new and existing staff with a strong emphasis on the consistency of daily production goals.
* Regularly report Production activities to run the system smoothly to get proper results of production output, efficiency, performance, achievements Vs plans.
* Administer operators in the preparation of different syrups and sauces for different varieties.
* Carrying out "Internal Audits" as a member of Audition Team for meeting the requirements of ISO and HACCP.
* Routine track of documentation regarding cleaning schedule, production run, inventory management etc.
* Jointly responsible for developing new products with R & D Manager.
* Preparing budget for lab.
