• Evangelize the transformation of business & financial outlook, establish financial strategies.
• Assess information, forecast Revenue against expenses, and consolidate annual budget plans. Analyse differences between actual budget and forecasted for more efficient budget planning. Carry out the Consolidation of Budgeting & Forecasting.
