End to end mapping of the Pre-Opening framework of Learning and Talent Development
Assisting Director of HR and Learning and Talent Development Team in managing and scheduling Training.
Directing Trainers and coaching them to be subject matter experts.
Design and develop customized training programs & Finalizing delivery pattern
Coordinating with relevant stakeholders for external training requirements.
On boarding and Conducting induction programs for new joiners
Induction of new employees
Finalizing the delivery pattern
Co-ordination with brands for training
Organizing training employees on Key Performance Indicators and briefing on HR.
Design and develop customized training programs for customer service, sales and coaching.
Training Need Analysis for the employees on their performance.
Designing the course structure outlined for specific modules.
Functional expertise in handling the Training operational efficiency and cost.
Responsibilities:
• Handling team of 20 Trainers (4 Sr.Trainers & 16 Trainers)
• To strategize and plan all Customer Service Skill, Sales /retention, Product & Process, and organizational development training requirements
• Implement various strategies to enhance the performance of entire Training Operations
• Maintain MIS for the programs facilitated by L & D and prepare reports on a monthly/ quarterly basis.
• Co-Ordination with business, Operation Head and operation manager to
Understand the product and Customer Service aspect and accordingly plan
the training requirement
• To ensure Trainees are released to ops floor in designed training man-day’s .Focus to reduce training man-day’s and man-hours
• The responsibility includes development of trainers, SME, managing capacity and capability, implement the review & Audit mechanism for effectiveness of training
• Measuring the quality and timeliness of delivery, as well as understanding core operations management variables
• Conducting the Training need identification and Training Need Analysis (TNA) for the organization
* Designing and formulating Training modules and action plan to roll out the modules
* Delivering of various Training modules
* Create and work with SPOCs across process to ensure awareness and smooth rollout of Training
* Planning and designing Coaching Session as per requirement
* Implementation of Active learning and e-learning modules
* Evaluating Training Effectiveness
• Functional expertise in handling the Training as Service with key focus on operational efficiency and cost reductions by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources
