Fault Management & Surveillance Engineer
To monitor Alarms, To trace circuit, Generate Tickets & Act accordingly as per the issue.
To troubleshoot SDH circuits ranging from STM-1 to STM-64 bandwidth.
To configure SDH equipments ranging from STM-1 to STM-16 in terms of synchronization, provisioning and management.
To co-ordinate with field engineers on circuit orders and subsequent installation and testing.
To co-ordinate with field engineers on solutions to troubleshoot and repair complex circuits, equipment configuration, optical link losses, hardware faults and PDH faults.
