Receiving of raw materials such as Adipic acid and Hexamethyline diamine (HMD) that is used for producing nylon pellets. Operating a packaging machine that is used for bagging of finished products. Generate work permit before starting any job or maintenance activities. Performs LOTO or Lock out Tag out for any equipment that needs to have a maintenance or improvements. Makes daily activity report that will be reported to the supervisor. Operate forklift and reach stacker.
Issues Work permits prior for any maintenance activities in all Nylon 6.6 plant.
Follow Plant Life Saving Rules and apply them in any aspect of activity.
Performs commissioning on process lines.
Performs Lock Out and Tag Out of the equipment prior for the maintenance work.
Report any abnormalities and unsafe condition to the superior for immediate action.
Carry out minor maintenance on any process lines and equipment using P&ID.
Performs routine job like process line monitoring, sampling and parameter monitoring, recording on log sheets in the field or in DCS, parameter adjustment as instructed by the console operator or supervisor.
Direct reporting on Distribution supervisor.
Assist on monthly inventory of raw materials and consumable materials.
Receiving of raw materials such as Adipic acid and HMD (Hexamethyldiamine) that is used on producing Nylon 6.6
Operates FIBC bulk loading machine for the packaging of finished product.
Perform housekeeping before and after the shift.
Trained and certified forklift operator and (45T) Reach Stacker operator.
Operate shearing machine that is used for cutting different sizes of metal steels. Monitoring the specification of each product per costumer. Crating of finished cut metal steel for shipment to customer. Operate crane and forklift.
Monitoring the tanks and equipment such as Digester tank, Concentrator tank, Crystallizer tank, Centrifugal machine, Drying machine and Packaging machine.
Perform actual UPINORG process operation which produces quality copper powder.
Contribute in meeting the TPM Activity Targets i.e., OPL, KYT, Tag Number, Idea Improvement Proposals, Meeting Man-hour and other group targets set in the policy and objectives.
Conduct daily inspections on all equipments and machines.
Assist co-operators, Mechanical and Electrical during start up and maintenance activity.
Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOP) are strictly complied with.
Control pumps and valves through Mechanical Control Center (MCC).
Ensures that solution control is properly maintained within the required specification through solution, monitoring and chemical analysis and makes necessary corrective actions based on existing Standard Operation Procedures.
Be familiarized with the updated Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
Follows safety regulations by using the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and observe all safety rules, regulations and practices within the work area for the safety of all employees, machine and materials.
Operate Forklift, Pallet Truck, PLC, Panel Mate, Gantry (Hoist Crane)
