• Review and evaluate Extension of Time recommendations by PMC (Faithful & Gould), and TIA
Programme submissions by various Contractors to check compliance against Contractual
methodology, assessment of Concurrent delays, and provide recommendations to the
Departments Head of Planning
• Review of PMC and Contractors submission of weekly and monthly reports
• Review of PMCs comments on Contractors Baseline and Revised Programme submissions
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports to Top Management
• Close coordination with Engineers and PMC to ensure project schedule is being met

• Evaluate Delay Events and Extension of Time (EOT) submitted by Contractor to check for
Contractual compliance, Concurrent delays, and provide recommendations to Client
• Review and checking of Main Contractors Baseline, Recovery & Revised Programme to ensure
compliance with Contractual requirements and provide recommendations to the Client
• Review of Main Contractors Progress Reports and advise the Client of potential delays
• Prepare draft letters to advise Contractor and Client of delays in the Programme
• Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly progress reports to the Client
• Assess the impacts of design changes and slippages in the schedule
• Prepare progress monitoring templates and KPIs for the Resident Engineers
• Monitor Engineering submittals and prepare reports to highlight overdue submissions

• Monitor and update project schedule and inform the Project Manager of potential delays in the
critical path
• Coordinate with QCAA staff, WG members, Task Forces and other Stakeholders as required
• Assist in reviewing and preparing Tender Documents developed for the QCAA
• Close monitoring of issued Tenders and response received from Tenderers
• Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports to be issued to QFIR Executive Committee
• Maintain risk and issues register to ensure risks are identified and mitigated in a timely manner
• Provision of Consultancy Services as part of the Project Management Team consisting of experts
in the field of Aviation, Air Traffic Management and Airports

MSHEIREB DOWNTOWN DOHA PROJECT (PHASE 3) - Construction of 14 Buildings with a total floor area of 500, 000 m2 consisting of a 5 star Hotel (Park Hyatt), Mosque and Residential Apartments with a Contract Price of circa QAR 2.5 Billion (approx. USD 690 Million).

• Develop Baseline Programme including cost and resource loading for the project
• Develop revised Completion Programmes, micro programmes and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the major trades
• Evaluate Delay Events via issued response to RFIs and Engineering Instructions (EIs) in order to claim for Extension of Time
• Close monitoring of site progress and advise Top management of potential risks and delay events
• Coordinate with Construction Managers and Engineers to provide updates of the Construction works and ensure project schedule is being met
• Updating, tracking and monitoring of site progress via mark-up drawings and building schematics to clearly show actual vs. planned values
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports to be presented to Client
• Review and evaluate Subcontractors’ submitted programme and reports
• Draft letters to Subcontractors and response to Owner / Consultant correspondences
• Review Tender Documents (BoQ) and assist in verification of progress billing of Subcontractors
• Participate in sitewalks and meetings with Client as required to discuss critical issues

HAMAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (HIA) - Construction of the Passenger Terminal Complex (PTC) with a Contract Price of QAR 14 Billion (approx. USD 3.9 Billion) with a total floor area of about 500, 000 m2

• Vital member of Delay Analysis Team with the task of liaising with Consultants PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Parker and Rawling (PARC) and High-Point Rendel (HPR) for the preparation of Claims (Pragmatic Delay Analysis and Time Impact Analysis)
• Forensic planning where delay events are scrutinized to determine history and culpability for critical events
• Preparation of logic-driven Time Impact Analysis (TIA) Programmes and integration of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning activities into the schedule to be used in Mediation and Arbitration
• Evaluation of issued Variations / Change Orders (CO) to determine the extent of scope of works that will be settled, deleted or incorporated into the Contract
• Conduct discussions with relevant PICs in the project to identify the Key Delay Events that will be utilized in the Extension of Time Claims
• Review and checking of EoT Claim Narratives prepared by the Consultants and ensure robustness of the same and provide the necessary back-up documents
• Study and review of Contract Documents to ensure compliance to Contractual obligations
• Monitor interface works with other Contract Packages (CPs) and identify variations in the scope of works
• Updating and tracking of Baseline Programme along with systematic analysis of the critical path and float mapping
• Develop revised programme incorporating awarded Extension of Time
• Participate in meetings on behalf of the Planning Manager to discuss the status of balance works and issued instructions by the Employer
• Prepare response letters to issued correspondences or instructions by Client / Consultant and provide necessary substantiation documents e.g. Delay Analysis Programme

Design and Build project by Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) to construct a 2.8 km Viaduct and Station including pedestrian overpass and walkways with a Contract Price of Php 1.1 Billion (circa USD 21.2 Million)
