Quality: As per higher managements direction.I & my team designed urgent fixtures & supplied to the supplier end & within a one day at 11.30 pm I
brought 5 component samples to the assembly line & proved that new component introduction is very much beneficial to the organization.By applying my
own ideas & techniques to the manufacturing & satisfied the urgent need of assembly line.Higher management appreciated & given a higher grade at the time of recommendations for the appraisal.
Resilience: We have launched a small car Nano.For that Gear box components were very much urgent to complete the scheduled & decided target date.So I and my team visited to Calcutta at supplier end & given valuable suggestions & ideas they were possible to supply the components to our final production line that time I had done huge task & modified their tools & quality jobs produced at there end & within a scheduled dated they were achieved the target.
Results Focus: At the time of G-85 Gear box launching there were similar situation happened at the Supplier end at Faisalabad near to Delhi.Personally I had visited to the supplied end & after studying their designs & machine capacities.They were unable to produce in a fast manner & the quality of the components very much poor hence I had given very high jack ideas & quality jobs supplied in a scheduled time. Management very much appreciated for the immediate achieved target.
Teamwork: There were two separate Assembly lines for the no of Engines.By studding carefully before my retirement I had taken a challenge of commissioning two assembly lines in a one single line. I had designed & developed the common pallet of engine assembly ine & by change over of supporting items I had combined more than 24 Engines on a single pallet & proven the target.After recalculating management saved more than 30, 00, 0000/-INR early.
