•Coordinate with the brand manager, interior designer, and graphic artist in concerns with the marketing plan, store design/layout and seasonal campaign.
•Developing design and thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts as well as gathering information and data through research.
•Revising, editing, resizing brand partners artwork using adobe Photoshop and illustrator.
• Responsible for window display and in- store merchandising.
• Executes seasonal window and in-store display with special display tools and decoration materials.
• Follow company visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
• Creating an attractive display especially for those non- moving items.
• Assist in other marketing activities.
• Ensures proper itemization of charges like treatment, diagnostic test, doctor's fee, evaluation and medical report.
• Responsible in sending itemized bill, offer and demand letter to respective insurance carrier and defense attorney office thru e-fax and e-mail.
• Updates the doctor, hearing representative, applicant attorney for all notices, hearing conferences, and deposition as well as medical report.
• Negotiates with respective insurance claim adjuster and defense attorney for possible settlement of the lien thru phone and letters.
• Responsible in proper documentation and calculation of official medical fee schedule under California Workers Compensation Law.
• Prepares weekly and monthly report.
• Responsible for daily ordering raw food and supplies.
• Must be familiarizes with restaurant menu and standard cooking procedures.
• Assist the restaurant general manager in weekly labor schedules and other paperwork.
• Support restaurant manager at team and management meetings.
• Assist restaurant general manager in correctly staffing, training and coaching of the staff.
• Handle staff relations issues within the restaurant.
• Ensures that all company health, safety and food hygiene are followed.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Assist the marketing manager for all the store promotions and advertisement.
• Monitor the artist for their monthly supplies of items.
• Liaise with suppliers on props and other decoration materials.
• Assist in other marketing activities.
