Laboratory:
Conduct Laboratory Analysis of Petrochemical Products (Polymer, Amines & Ethoxylates) and In-Process for Quality Control and Assurance.
-Polymer Analysis: Melt Flow Index; Additives using UV-Vis, XRF, HPLC, GC, UPLC, FTIR, etc.; Density using NIR and Buoyancy Method; Bulk Density, Particle Size Distribution,
DSC - Oxidative Induction Time; Gel, Pellet Size, Color, etc.
-Amines Analysis: Purity using GC; Moisture using KF Titrator, Color using Lovibond, Iron Content using UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, pH, etc.
-Ethoxylate: Hydroxyl Number, Cloud Point, Saponification Number, Moisture using KF Titrator, Acid Number, Color using Lovibond, pH, etc.
Conduct Laboratory Analysis of Wastewater and Water Sample.
Laboratory:
Supervise In-process Production Batches for Industrial, Household and Cosmetic Products.
Conduct Laboratory Analysis of Finished Product for Quality Control and Assurance.
Evaluate and Report Non-Conforming Finished Products and Customer Complaints.
Conduct Sampling and Evaluation of Raw Material prior for Production.
Conduct Testing and Evaluation of Packaging Material Samples from Suppliers for Evaluation (Supplier as Approved Supplier of Packaging Material).
Conduct Evaluation of Packaging Materials.
Conduct Reagent Preparation and Standardization; Reagent Supply Inventory.
Issue Certificate of Analysis to the Customer.
Assist in the Product Design and Development.
Conduct Laboratory Batches of Newly Develop Product prior to Production-Scale Batches.
Conduct In-house Calibration of Instruments and Equipments.
Technical:
Provide Technical Service / Visit to the Customers.
Provide necessary Technical Information to the Sales and Customers.
Carry out Recommended Corrective Action to Customer complaint.
Others:
Act as Document and Data Controller of the company's Quality Management.
Act as Auditor / Lead Auditor for Internal Audit.
Process and Facilitate Permit, Licenses and other Regulatory Requirements of the company to different Government Offices. (FDA, LLDA, DENR, etc.)
Laboratory:
Conduct Laboratory Analysis of Water and Wastewater sample.
Operate AAS, ICP and other instruments.
Conduct Reagent Preparation and Standardization; Reagent Supply Inventory.
Issue Certificate of Analysis to the customer.
Supervise the Quality Control of Finished Products.
Conduct Laboratory Analysis of Raw Material Samples from the Suppliers for Evaluation (Supplier as Approved Supplier of Raw Material).
Conduct Laboratory Analysis of Finished Product for Quality Control and Assurance.
Evaluate Non-Conforming Finished Products and Customer Complaints.

Conduct Laboratory Analysis of Samples from Customers for Evaluation.
Assist in the Product Design and Development.
Assist in Quality Control and Assurance.
Conduct Laboratory Batches of Newly Develop Product prior to Production Scale Batches.
Conduct In-house Calibration of Instruments and Equipments.
Conduct Reagent Preparation and Standardization; Reagent Supply Inventory.
Technical:
Provide Technical Service / Visit to the Customers.
Evaluate and Report Non-Conforming Finished Products and Customer Complaints.
Provide necessary Technical Information to the Customers.
Conduct Training and Seminars regarding Product and Process to the Customers.
Monitor Line Condition to ensure Good Quality Outcome.
Respond to the Customers Queries regarding Line Situation and Condition.
Report and Update the Management regarding Problems encountered at the Line Site.
Carry out Recommended Corrective Action of the Technical Manager at the Customer's Production Line.
Prepare Technical Report submitted for reviews by the Asst. General Manager / Technical Manager.
Marketing:
Assist Marketing Department in some Credits and Collection Activities.
Conduct Visit with Marketing Staff for New and Prospective Clients.
Others:
Monitoring QMS / EMS output.
Act as Auditor / Lead Auditor for Internal Audit.
Act as a member of Conservation Committee
