- Troubleshoot encountered problems, conduct repair and maintain equipments under the following system handled by electronics department which are:
Fire Alarm System (GE EST3, Siemen
Uninterrupted Power Supply ( Eaton and Liebert NX/NXC)
Telecommunication Distribution System
Access Control System (Dorma ESA 200, Lenel and GE)
Public Address System (IED)
Lighting Control System (Lutron)
Solar Shading System (Colt-Carrier 4)
CCTV ( PTZ and Fixed Dome Network)
EVIDs and FIDs
Soap Dispenser, Urinal and Faucet Sensors (Geberit and Sloan).
- Laboratory set-up and testing of anti-collision system for tower cranes which is composed of touch screen computer monitors, Honeywell ultrasonic sensor, Honeywell IMU, encoder, ac/dc converter, autopilot, I/O modules and wi-fi radio.
- Fabrication of cable wiring connection (multi pin, coaxial, twisted pair, I/O modules etc) and enclosure box for wi-fi radio.
- Installation, calibration and commissioning of anti-collision system on tower cranes.
- Troubleshoot equipments on-site to ensure precise functionality.
- Provide necessary documents to the operation manager regarding solution and improvements for system equipments encountered problems.
- Conduct repair and maintenance for equipments such as but not limited to computer monitors, cables and sensors.
- Conduct line monitoring to foresee possible quality problems or possible cause problem.
- Analyzes and detects the root cause(s) of the problem.
- Designs experiments and recommends improvement in the manufacturing of the product.
- Discusses problems and improvements to the production group.
- Coordinates with the Production Engineer / General Manager of needed resources such as manpower or material.
- Coordinates the implementation of the recommended improvements.
- Prepares the necessary documents such as but not limited to process sheets and samples.
- Executes and facilitates activities and processes related to assuring Material Quality within the organization
- Inspect Raw Materials as defined in the reference to provide quality level of information
- Prepares related inspection report accurately and on time
- Assist in giving of disposition on the material
- Coordinates the disposition of raw materials to respective functions
- Ensures that related activities and processes are carried out accurately and on time
- Generates ideas on how to improve related activities and processes in terms of productivity and quality
