Conduct inspections with Project Engineer and Consultant.
Issue Non Conformance Report to subcontractor/s whose works were not complied with the approved drawings, technical submittals, and Method of Statement.
Attend closing of NCR issued by Consultant.
Prepare and arrange technical submittals for laboratory tests.
Conduct material inspection with consultant.
Receive and check material deliveries on site.
Receive concrete deliveries at checkpoint.
Prepare Inspection Request.
Review and prepare Method of Statement
Maintain QA/QC documents logs (Inspection Request, Material Inspection, Cubes, FDT, ..)
Prepare weekly progress report.
Attend weekly QA/QC meeting with Consultant.
Conduct inspections with Project Engineer and Consultant.

Issue Site Instructions and Internal Memo to Project Engineer/s whose works were not satisfied the technical issues as per method of statement.

Conduct material inspection with consultant.
Receive and check material deliveries on site.
Assist concrete testing at checkpoint.
Assist preparation of Inspection Request.
Attend weekly departments’ meeting with QA/QC Manager.
Conduct inspection with Project Engineer and QA/QC Engineer.
Issue Non Conformance Report to Contractors’ work not complied with approved drawing, technical submittals, and Method of Statement.
Attend concrete delivery at checkpoint.
Material delivery inspection based on technical submittal.
Snagging and identifying defective works, outstanding works and preparation of report to follow up with contractors prior to handling over to client.
Allocation and supervision of manpower with regards to quality and time schedule of the project as per technical specifications, approved shop drawings, contract requirements, site condition, and concerning authorities.
Ensure works and activities based on latest shop drawings as well as construction drawings to would be implemented on site.
Prepare Inspection Request with proper attachment.
Coordination on site to subcontractors’ scope of work.
Coordinate with MEP Supervisors regarding work schedule.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the workers and sub-contractors including their daily accomplishment.
Monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
Attend concrete casting to ensure safety.
Supervise construction activities to ensure that the method statement and standard quality work procedure are properly carried out.
Coordinate with site manager (Project Engineer) regarding work activities and work schedule.
Read and interpret drawings to be implemented in site.
Prepare daily report and daily activities.
Conduct joint inspection with Project Engineer and Inspectors
Attending weekly coordination meeting for the progress of work.
Supervise construction activities to ensure that the method statement and standard quality work procedure are properly carried out.
Coordinate with site manager (Project Engineer) regarding work activities and work schedule.
