Key Result Areas:

•Steering all commercial and procurement disputes / clarifications during execution of project.
•Contract execution and monitoring as per provision of utilized FIDIC books.
•Steering the assessment of items of variation and quantities to be executed to the requirement of completion of work as contract conditions to avoid time delay and processing the variation orders for approval of engineer and client.
•Review/analyse Invitation To Tender (ITT) from subcontractors.
•Review/analyse Packages of Materials for Pricing.
•Analysing subcontractors’ terms and conditions for various risks such as ambiguities, conflicts or deviations from the scope of work & track, approve their progress, and review their payment certificates.
•Implementing budgets at initiation phase of project, tracking of costs and revenue, variations and claims using a CVR system.
•Preparation of application for Interim Payment Statement and getting approval from the client for payment.
•Approval of Interim Payment of the sub-contractor.
•Preparation of project KPI’s, understand variations and liaise with planning, production and estimation for further action.
•Review of work force, materials and equipment usage and cost on projects and forecasting their cost-to-completion.
•Perform project commercial closeout and review of its final accounts.
•Manage a team of Project Administrators.
•Coordinating in overall administration and project execution plans with Sub Contractors, Project Team & Project Managers. Monitoring various site activities / work proceeds and suggesting the Site Manager on remedies for mitigating the risks involved.
•Planning cost in coordination with the members of the design team for arriving at practical solutions and staying within the project budget.
•Assessing the cost effects when changes occur and agree on variation with contractors.
•Take off materials from drawing for accurate quantity.
