• More than 14 years of professional experience of which solidified 13 years in Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying.
• A knowledgeable and experienced one in Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC), Engineering Procurement Construction and Commissioning (EPCC), Front End Engineering Design (FEED), and NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract.
• Well knowledge Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC) environment.
• Contract execution and monitoring as per utilized FIDIC books.
• Experienced in designing clear contract and agreements.
• Expert analytical skills and ability to pay attention towards the details of the contract and find the flaws in them
• Diverse experience in finance, contracts, analysis, drafting RFQs, tender evaluation, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts, budgeting, extension of time-issues, locating work scope ambiguities and discrepancies in schedules, identification, negotiation and resolution of claims.
• Experience in preparing Company Bill & Labour Bill, requiring monthly material, negotiating with subcontractors, monitoring the Subcontractors’ payments and reconciling the material.
• Strong negotiation & analytical skills with the ability to network with Project Members, Consultants, Sub-Contractors with consummate ease.
