• Provide architectural and engineering estimates and other budgetary and procurement requirements for Rehabilitation and Development of Waterways for CY 2014 Budget as determined in the IPCR for August 1 to December 31, 2014;
• Coordinate with concerned agencies (e.g. DPWH, LGU concerned, etc.) for the review and recommendation of approved budget for the contract;
• Prepare the necessary adjustments to the plans and specification prior to construction;
• Undertake the following:
a. Conduct CPES evaluation (dredging component) and preparation of CPES Report;
b. Conduct Site Inspections, punch listing and final inspections and inspection reports of PRRC projects;
c. Review and evaluate submitted progress billing for all on-going PRRC projects; and
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

• Provide/assist of providing engineering design and estimate for Rehabilitation and Development of waterways (such as Estero de Pandacan, San Francisco River, Culiat Creek, Maytunas Creek, Ermitaño Creek, Mandaluyong and San Juan River) and other projects under the budget re-alignment ending 2013;
• Coordinate with concerned agencies (e.g. KBPIP, DPWH, LGU concerned, etc.) for the review, recommendation and preparation of approved budget for the contract;
• Prepared the necessary adjustment to the plans and specification prior to construction;
• Preparation of budgetary estimates for proposed medium rise building and other structure (e.g. office building with laboratory, etc.);
• Provide monitoring and site evaluation of above project during implementation stages;
• Provide assistance in the design preparation of various project undertaking of the riverbanks, transport and tourism development committee;
• Provide supervision, coordination and project monitoring of the Pasig River Greening Project;
• Perform as coordination and technical counterpart of the UP-TCAGP for the conduct of the PRT-SAS Phase III program; and
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

• Finalize and complete the consolidated design plans of Rehabilitation and Development of Estero de Paco Pilot Project, Paco Manila, Philippines;
• Assists UP-PRTSAS in the Phase II of Pasig River Tributaries Survey and Assessment comprising of Eleven (11) Estero’s with a total length of 46.2 kilometers;
• Assist in preparation of budgetary estimate of Three (3) Estero’s Rehabilitation Project;
• Perform CAD operation for the design and development of linear park;
• Prepared budgetary estimate for different project to be approve by the Executive Committee (EXECOM); and
• Conduct Contractors Performance Evaluation System (CPES) and prepared for the report of the said activity.
• Prepared design schemes for proposed clean river zone projects such Materials Recovery Facilities (MRF), Phytoremediation, and other related projects at major and minor tributaries of Pasig River;
• Prepared budgetary estimate for linear park development, ferry and satellite ferry stations along Pasig River and clean river zone;
• Monitoring of Filtration and Aeration System at Philippine Security Group (PSG) Malacañang to ensure its compliance to design and to check all unit cost and bill of quantities due to design modifications, revisions and variation order;
• Conduct Contractors Performance Evaluation System (CPES) and prepared for the report of the said activity; and
• Assist and monitoring of Survey and Assessment of Pasig River System Tributaries Project Phase I.
• Prepared budgetary estimate and engineering details for linear park development along easement of Pasig River; and
• Performed CAD operation for design and development of linear park along Pasig River.
