• To Meet & Exceed Annual Sales Target in terms of Revenue & Gross Profit
• To Work closely with Consultant Engineers, Contractors & End clients. Frequent visits to Clients, Consultants, and Contractors to keep up the business relationships. Make presentations / organize seminars or presentations to communicate the specific features of our products to them. Wherever possible, provide our product specifications to Clients/ Consultants before issuing the tender or contract to have the post-tender advantage.
• Assist supervisors in conducting product exhibitions, whenever required.
• Direct periodic mailers to customers informing specific product features to boost sales
• Focus on inclusion of our products in the PVL of Clients/ Consultants.
• To Source & Manage renowned Manufacturers/Principals from Worldwide depending on the market demands

• Take care of after-sales service support for the supplied products in close coordination with the service team.

Support Sales Engineer in maintaining external customer relationships including business owners, developers, engineers, and others
Develop a support plan for the assigned sales engineer to include measurable performance factors for areas such as the number of plans reviewed, prospecting activities (direct mail, outside sources, internet, etc.) bid reviews, tracking plans, etc.

Follow up with client thru e-mail/phone for an order based on the quotation submitted.
Coordination with Sales staff on costing, documentation, TQ, MDR’s, Post order documentation.
Proper filing of documents for easy access.
Support Order processing by raising PRF, Advance Check List, etc.
Remote assistance to the Sales staff by providing necessary inputs available from the office.
