Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assigned at cold kitchen, preparing diferent kinds of salad, sandwiches, and canapes. Like:
• Hummous, Babaganoush, Muthabbal, Fatoush, Greek Salad, Russian Salad, Coleslaw.
• Compo Salad (Chicken Caesar Salad, Nicoise Salad, Smoke Salmon Salad, Yam Nuea- Thai Beef Salad and Fruit Salad).
• (Italian, Rance, French, Vinaigrette)
• Sandwich, Egg Sandwich, Open Beef Sandwich, Tacos, Tortilla, Vegetarian Canape, Bacon Canape, Egg Cucumber Canape, Smoked salmon canape.
• Assigned at pastry, assisting the pastry chef in making cheesecake, pizza dough, cake sponge, Buttercream for cake frosting, Ganache, Umm Ali, Rice Pudding, Basbousa, Kunafa, and Logimat.
• To observe all the Company's Food Hygiene and Safety Policy.
• To set out, maintain ang monitor high standard of cooking and presentation.
• Ensure HACCP standards are implemented and follow the appropriate hygiene standard as per legal requirements at all the times.
