To coordinate with Mining Manager & Production Manager to cater their Plant & Machinery requirements
Overall incharge of the Central Workshop & all other workshops at different Mining sites.
Incharge of complete Transport Fleet. Allocation of jobs for all the drivers & vehicles as per requirement of the site
Forecast sections material requirements needed for performing assigned maintenance jobs;initiate timely
& appropriate documentation including technical clarification required by Materials department.
Maintain adequate stock levels of materials, spare parts & lubricants, inspect new items.
Formulate detailed work plan for the maintenance & repair of plant, machinery & equipment. Implement approved plans & proposals related to assigned department.
• To run the Plant & Machinery as an Independent Company generating revenue by hiring the Equipment & Vehicles to different worksites within the Group.
• To lead a team of about 65 Skilled Mechanics, Denters, painters & Auto Electricians & a team of about 45 Fabricators & Welders.
• Overall incharge of the Central Workshop & all other workshops at different worksites.

Prepare & implement Periodic & Preventive Maintenance schedule for All equipment & fleet of trucks.
Responsible for Overseas & Inland purchases of spare parts.
To control a fleet of 90 trailers & allocate proper assignment to them & achieve fulfillment by safe
deliveries in time all over Nigeria. Hands on experience on following vehicles & equipment :
