As Supervisor- QMS, responsible for planning and ensuring implementation of all quality activities, within the quality system, to fulfill the highest standards of quality for Bahri services and implement the best practice in quality to exceed clients expectation.
Establish quality policy and objectives and submits to CEO for his review and approval.
Design and develop quality strategy, manual and identify smart KPIs.
Works together with the business unites (and related functions) to develop policy, objectives, manuals, processes and procedures and ensure their implementation across all functions as well as their compliance with applicable standards and legislation.
Present Management Review Meetings and discusses unsatisfactory results.
Escalate all major findings and NCs (Internal /External audits) to CEO.
Ensure the effectiveness of QMS training programs.
Develop plans for conducting the yearly internal Quality Assessments.
Ensure the effective implementation of QMD projects.
Prequalify subcontractors / service providers subject to QMD services.
Escalate all reports (Internal / External quality audits) to CEO.
Plan and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales.
Aprove QMD processes and ensures the compliance of KPIs.
