• To maintain the transport and prepare all transport record. \n• Purchasing of Admin related item \n• Arrangements for Meeting hall \n• Establishing good discipline to cause good morale to flourish amongst all the employees at site. \n• To look after Time office and co-ordinate cost center wise allocation. \n• Allocation of new comer employees as per site manager instruction. \n• To ensure and maintain loss prevention orientation record of the Co employees and Sub-Contractors as well. \n• To look after Co. residential camp, arrange transfer / shifting and maintain record of all furniture/ fixtures. \n• Preparation of record and maintaining the all establishment system. \n(1-Joining Report, 2-Appointment Letter, 3- Maintaining the Leave Record, Personal File, 5- Preparing of Daily, Weekly Man-hour Report for Planning Dept, 6-Final settlement 7- Performance evolution.) \n• Preparing of weekly & monthly manpower report. \n• Verification of all company allowance, invoices of subcontractor. \n• Coordination with head office & client regarding security passes, health cards, labour cards service agreements, plant passes & other admin related matters. \n• To maintain confidential and general filing systems. \n• Manpower availability, mobilization & demobilization data & reports. \n• To answer queries of employees on work related matters.
• Participate in beneficiary registration and verifications process. \n• Commodities must carefully be counted during off-loading using the tally sheets and TIRs. \n• Ensure that the distribution center is properly organized and secured with ropes and crowd control measures put in place to ensure smooth distribution and flow of beneficiaries. \n• Responsible to ensure that all necessary distribution equipment are available at the distributions center, including forms, ropes, banners, plastic sheets, etc. \n• Ensure an orderly and fair distribution of commodities using the approved ration sizes. \n• Designed and executed strategic promotional plan that achieved exceptional community development and resulted in exceeding projected attendance goals.
• Scrutinize customer order processing for on time and accurate delivery. \n• Reviewing of pending orders for better planning in future to avoid delay in delivery of goods. \n• Coordination with warehouse operations & planning dept. to maintain accurate & on time delivery. \n• Handling customer complaints for short quantity deliveries. \n• Goods clearing formalities & Goods movement through industrial zones. \n• Proper planning for time delivery on shipments to our various sites and coordinating with vendors. \n• Material planning and maintaining inventory levels, delivery times, logistics costs and performance evaluation. \n• Continues monitoring to ensure quality, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
