recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions,
contracts, training and development, succession planning, performance appraisals, job
evaluation and quality management issues).
HR Policies: Develop, implement and maintain HR Policies (Long Term & Short Term).
Managing all recruitment and training process
for the client companies - Business Management, HR & Admin
Preparing and implementing long term and Short term HR policies.
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including
recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, contracts, training and
development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development,
performance appraisal and employee quality management issues).
Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and
development, Setting the estimated budget, and monitoring the HR & Admin Division’s
expenditures and financial performance.
