Review of documents to reflect the exact state of the Quality Management System (QMS); Put in place of desired processes, procedures, OLAs and SLA; Carry out sites visits to ensure work environment compliance; Organize coaching on ISO 9001:2008 awareness when/where necessary; Participate in internal quality audits and produce reports of these audits, Follow up of non-conformities from audits; Organize meeting with different stakeholders for a brainstorming to solve problems; Follow the different Key Performance Indicators (KPI); Organize management review; Carry out hygiene audit to ensure the good state of infrastructures
BRC 6 and Mondelez Project audit preparation (procedures drafting, quality manual and HACCP manual updating, waste management, pest control plan, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practice, GHP); Monitoring of quality indicators (First Time in Quality); Management tasting and sensory analysis (cocoa butter, cocoa cake and cocoa mass/liquor); Management of recall and withdrawal procedure (simulation of products recall and withdrawal exercise and, awareness); Hygiene audit management (plan, do, check and improve); Elaboration and follow up improvement plans; Study and anticipating customer needs; Food toxicology and food defense; Regulatory watch.
Supervision of compliance with safety rules at work site; Redaction of job safety analysis (JSA) and work permit
Statement: “study and implementation of HACCP system at Soacam Agro-Industries (SAGRI SA) for ISO 2000:2005 certification project”.
Work done:- prerequisites programs implementation (Ensuring contamination free process and best hygienic status; Preventative maintenance plan; Cleaning and disinfection plan; Pest control plan; GMP, GLP and waste management); Traceability system implementation and HACCP plan implementation for ISO 22000:2005 certification.
