-Checking of Staging Report and HP Monitoring Report - for shipment subject for cc processing both for AIR and SEA for the day. Extract DMR and select respective accounts handled.
-Check RDD and classification- requested delivery date of Partner/Customer;Classification - for MIT Order, Bloodbuild, Value, Hold order if any; Review summary list; References : CDN, DN/PL, OSS, OM instruction
-Proceed to send pre-alert to Partner/Customer and/or call to advise delivery next day, including shipment from IRL (reboxed units or still with dent/damage but been requested to deliver).
-Print, distribute and send summary of booking at EOD.
-Internal communication for any special instruction such as:Saturday delivery, Additional manpower/mobilization, Diversion, Heads up for urgent shipment
-Follow-up pending/open communication with HP Logistics/OM and/or KWE Internal for closure.
-Coordination to Import and broker KACP (for shipments that are sent with Heads Up alert, priority shipments with escalation raise by HP).
-Issue problems such as wrong shipments, These issue should be well monitored, raise/ coordinate to proper concerned team, provide immediate action/ solutions
-Keep summary of shipment details for waiting OP instruction, waiting Partner delivery instruction, MIT-Open, Hold order etc…
-For next working day, monitor delivery status and check warehouse DMR for any shipment that was not cleared from customs.
Check location/whereabouts of delivery truck
Check any issue that may arise during delivery
Check for backload or refusal of delivery, if any
-Any clarification, please communicate through OM and follow Rules of Engagement.
-Attend Warroom concall and keep in close loop with HP OM and Logistics (ensure to attend daily war room during month-end and note down all shipments that are expected to be included for current month’s revenue).
Creation of delivery receipt to be send and signed to customer every delivery of goods.
Encoding of delivery details and creation of dispatch visibilty report to be send to clients.
Working on day or night basis depend on shifting of schedule.
