Pont sur Sambre power plant 420MW : Siemens SGT54000F gas turbine single shaft in combined cycle. HRSG CMI 3 steam stage pressure, DCS Siemens T3000.
Plant Manager (owner side) in charge 35 agents from the O&M company.
Koudiet Eddraouch power plant 1200MW : 3xGT GE9FB single shaft in combined cycle. 3xST GE, 3xHRSG Doosan 3 steam stage pressure, DCS system MK6e by GE. Water plant including 2 desalination units.
Plant Manager in charge of 85 agents for the operation & Maintenance of the plant.
ASHTART revamping project (GABES gulf). Start-up leader, in charge of bringing an Oil production platform back to production after a major revamping.
Saint-Avit gas compression and interconnection station (100M€). 2 GE/Thermodyn compressors (10MW) associated with 10 pig receiving stations. OPERCOM methodology (ICAPS software) used for commissioning follow up. Capacity up to 750kNm3/h.
Commissioning Manager in charge of all pre-commissioning & commissioning activities up to handover from HV substation, compressors, gas coolers, metering, Fire fighting system, SCADA, motorized and control valves @ 80b.
SKIKDA power plant (525M€) 830MW : 2 GT GE9FA in combined cycle double shaft. 2 ST ALSTOM, 2 HRSG ALSTOM, DCS by ALSTOM. Water plant including 2 desalination units (AQUATEC).
In charge of 30 operators in shift.

LEINI power plant (158M€) 390MW : 1 GT Siemens V94.3A in combined cycle double shaft. 1 ST ANSALDO, 1 HRSG STF, DCS by ABB.
Owner engineer in charge of the verification / validation of the commissioning activities up to performance tests and take over.
Rosignano/Roselectra power plant (160M€) 400MW : 1 GT Siemens V94.3A in combined cycle single shaft. 1 ST ANSALDO, 1 HRSG ANSALDO, DCS by ABB.
Owner engineer in charge of the verification / validation of the commissioning activities up to performance tests and take over.
Kemalpasa power plant ($58M):
2 GE Gas Turbines 6C dual fuel in combined cycle. 1 GE Steam Turbine, 2 NEM HRSG’s, YOKOGAWA DCS.
Commissioning Manager, in charge of the commissioning of the whole plant (GT, ST, HRSG, ACC, BOP). Challenge to integrate prototype GT test (MK6 supervision, DLN2.5H) still under development in a tight overall schedule.
My responsibilities involves preparing Commissioning Schedules, managing commissioning teams and relation with customer for contract follow up.
Taweelah power & desalination plant ( U.A.E. $1500M) : 8 General Electric Gas Turbines 9E DLN1 dual in combined cycle, 3 Alstom Steam Turbines, Babcock HRSG’s, Sidem desalination units.
Client consultant engineer in charge of rotating machines:
· Upgrading of three old gas turbines to frame 9E : mechanical refurbishment, control system upgrade to MK5 under HMI supervision.
Pre commissioning, commissioning, performance test.
· Commissioning manager of 5 brand new gas turbines GE 9E from pre commissioning to final acceptance certificate.
· Technical advisor for Steam turbines commissioning.
· Technical assistance to the operators and the maintenance team.
Lavrion power plant ( GREECE 550MW) 3 GE Gas Turbines 9E DLN1 dual in combined cycle, 1 Alstom Steam Turbine, 3 Alstom HRSG’s
GE site manager for the 3 gas turbines from the end of erection up to customer final acceptance, in charge of:
· Commissioning of the gas turbine and its auxiliaries; gas reducing and filtering station, Fuel oil treatment plant, tuning of DLN1 system, Inlet bleed heating system, on & off line compressor water wash skid.
· Customer relations.
· Technical assistance to the operators and the maintenance team.
· Warranty engineer
· Maintenance leader for combustion inspection and Hot gas part inspection
SMURFIT Townsend Hook paper mill factory (U.K. 57MW) 1 GE Gas Turbine 6B dual in combined cycle.
GE Site manager from the end of erection to the end of commissioning in charge of:
· Commissioning of the gas turbine and its auxiliaries; gas reducing and filtering station, steam injection skid for Nox reduction.
· Interface with the boiler and the steam turbine.
· Customer relations.
VRIDI 2 power plant (IVORY COAST 110MW) 1GE gas turbine 9E triple fuel.
Field commissioning engineer in charge of both pre comm. and commissioning of the gas turbine and all of its auxiliaries: fuel heating skid, fire fighting system, water wash skid and to the integration of this new unit in the existing plant: DCS re configuration. Follow up from the end of erection to the customer final acceptance.
Connah’s Quay power plant. (1400 MW) 4x 9FA DLN2 Gas Turbine Generators in combined cycle
Field commissioning engineer in charge of pre comm and commissioning of one unit and its auxiliary : DLN2 gas skid, fire fighting system, water wash skid, Inlet bleed heating system, DCS serial link, combustion monitoring to optimise the Nox emission.
Cadarache (FRANCE) nuclear research center.
Commissioning engineer in charge of:
· Redaction of commissioning procedures
· Commissioning and optimization of double acting press for nuclear fuel
· Technical assistance to the operators and the maintenance team.
European Transonic Wind tunnel research center
Commissioning engineer in charge of pre commissioning of mechanical equipment

La Hague nuclear waste reprocessing plant (COGEMA)
Commissioning engineer in charge of:
