- Managing Projects from design brief to completion
- Travelling to Events' venue with the clients to oversee the Stand Build-up and to make sure all the client's requirements are met
- Ensuring all materials, prints etc are aligned and received as per project timeline
- Liaising and networking with clients, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations and ensuring relationships are maintained, especially whilst on site
- Managing detailed project plans including design and technical plans, Quotation and Pricing, RFP proposals
- Working with the team to ensure a smooth execution of the project
- Maintaining the accountability of the project and develop and deliver progress reports

Marketing Executive
2013 - 2015
- Travelling with clients to supervise the stand build-up while also checking for new clients
- Doing Quotations and Proposals to be submitted to clients
- Getting Stand design briefs and relating it effectively to the in-house designer to be able to create the correct Designs as per client's requirement
- Collaborating with the Project Supervisor to address any concerns in execution prior to event
- Responsible for checking the List of Events and New Leads researched by the Marketing Assistant and choosing the Client's to target
- Assists the Project Director in recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required.

Marketing Assistant / Document Controller

- Office coordination, scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to the management staff's area of responsibility.
- Sourcing relevant Events and Exhibitor List for the year
- Supporting the Marketing Manager and Project Director in coordinating with Suppliers and Exhibitors
- Operational running and coordination of exhibition stands
- Being the main point of contact for any general marketing, event enquiries including managing the Complete list of Exhibitors
