I started my career in aviation as a junior cabin crew for Flydubai airlines, after 4 years of dedication, hard work and commitment I managed to get promoted as a Senior Cabin Crew whitin the same company.
I am responsible for the comfort and safety of all passengers onboard, combining a professional and positive approach for passengers and air flight crew to create a customer centricity atmosphere.
Confident in driving a team of 5 cabin crew by using excellent customer service, training new staff and supervising new recruits in their flights .
I was recognized for implementing high standards in terms of customer service provided and supporting our clients by identifying their needs and providing them with the best solution to their requirements.
Started working as a junior sales representative and at the same time continuing my studies . Being a sales member I learned all the information about working environment, body position and attitude, communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, to always have a positive attitude and most important identifying the customer personality and how to implement the professional approach. After 2 years of extra mile attitude with the team and customers, it lead me to get promoted as a shop assistant manager and the year after as a shop manager.
