• Support in the development of a detailed implementation plan with timeline.
• Coordinate with the fields Officers to ensure proper implementation of activities.
• Draft progress reports to be reviewed by the management.
• Conduct periodic site visits to check on work progress and work quality.
• Support the project manager in project-related tasks and coordinate with donors.
• Report all achievements, issues, and accidents on site to the management.
• Assist in the trainings preparations and coordination.
• Defining, planning, and implementing activities related to agriculture, food security and livelihoods including needs assessments, beneficiaries targeting, technical SOPs, and evaluation in line with work plans, strategies, and methodologies.
• Achieving the objectives defined in the projects proposals covering food security, agriculture, and livelihood activities.
• Management of urban agriculture unit replication strategy nationally and managing units funded projects, stock, and operations equipment inventory.
• Connecting with different involved stockholders and potential partners.
• Production management of the centers rooftop garden unit.
• Place orders for the purchase of raw materials and ensure production sale.
• Legal research regarding green construction regulations.
• Support any activity that helps reach the organizations humanitarian goals.
• Assistant in writing reports and proposals on studies of development projects in various rural regions and analysis reports of socio-economicsituations.
• Assistant in monitoring different value chains (arboriculture, vegetables).
• Designing workplans for field activities and ensuring timely follow ups and updates based on needs and requirements.
• Supervising the field officers in implementation of CFW plans and actively engage in the process.
• Working on watering systems and agricultural hill lakes.
• Monitoring contractors site activities for conformance with approved plans and preparing site reports.
• Lead and direct efficiently a construction team of workers.
• Collecting and analyzing information to help the company determine its market position.
• Preparation of market analysis reports / agricultural economy and its competitors found within the framework of study markets.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements, preparing quotations and product offers.
