Receives and record invoices and arrange payments.
•Prepare and distribute wages taking into account overtime, allowances and bonus to employees working in offshore.
•Prepare and send invoices to debtors
•Calculate and distribute wages and salaries to off shore employees
Reconcile & prepare balance sheet accounts.
•Entering invoices in SAP.
•Assist with payroll administration.
•Proper recording and filing of documents
Responsibilities :
•Creation of journals & posting journal entries.
•Data entry in excel & quick books.
•Creation of the trial balance and balance sheet.
•Management of the petty cash.
•Preparing monthly journal reports on company expenses.
•Maintaining accounts, databases and daily billings in order and up to date.
•Ensuring incoming revenues are handled in a timely manner.
Preparing journals, debit & credit notes, inter - company billings and ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries and adherence to accounting standards.
•Prepare and maintain fixed asset registar.
•Ensure proper recording and filing of documents are maintained
The Primary objective was to Survey on Construction Equipment Financing, to access factors that influence the method of construction equipment and to analyses financiers’ perception in providing loan towards the Construction equipment. It helps the company in understanding the financier’s point of view in selecting the customer and customer perception on construction equipment’s.
The purpose of the study is to find the working capital of the company. The study was conducted on working capital terms like LETTER OF CREDIT and BANK GUARANTEE. The project is concerned mainly with the discovery and analysis of working capital being provided by the bank for the running of the company. The overall performance and the companies’ financial strength are measured. Exploratory research is the research done in the project.
Responsibility:
•Select the sample size of the customers in which the format of letter of credit and bank guarantee are sending and the respondents are taken in.
•To have a knowledge about the functions of the company.
