Manage and execute Atms, and ebranches activities and operations and set plans to enhance the related KPIs.(installation, replacement, relocation and support).
Review and manage Atms and ebranch related contracts, participate in contract negotiations.
Prepare and develop with the team the yearly budget.
Manage and maintain the stock related to atms and ebranch, and ensure proper execution of required inventories for all related equipment.
Manage and execute operations on active directory and all bank's servers (exchange server, dns, print server, file server...), care banking and all bank's applications, and set plans to enhance the related KPIs.
Facilitate coordination between the teams, domains and project Manager. Properly plan for the execution of projects.
Major projects: New Core banking implementation, new branches installations, move to omni channels, upgrade to Windows 7, upgrade to Windows 10 (ongoing).
